SN Plumbing never fail to impress in the 12yrs I’ve used them. He yet again provided an amazing service from the point I reported boiler issue. He came out promptly as promised and resolved my serious blockage to get a temporary solution for my aging my boiler as it was dying (14yrs old). As this was an emergency breakdown having 4 young kids and very frail elderly parents. I was provided with electric heaters in case of any breakdown. Shams did a full diagnostic and provided a forward plan with best solution with a replacement Bosch boiler with accessories and rejigging of pipes to prevent any further issues in the future for all my plumbing and heating needs. Shams was very professional, punctual and tidy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Total wait until replacement was 1 week. Thank you so much.
